Injera Night – Every Monday
We are happy to start a new weekly event at Abraham Hostel – “Ingera” Nights.
The injera is a local and main dish in the Ethiopian, Eritrean and Somali cuisine.
The Injera itself is a type of round flat bread, which is also used as a “plate” for dishes and salads (also called “Watt”) and is also the “cutlery” while eating.
If you’ve never eaten an Injera, then you have to join us!
Injera Nights will take place at Abraham Hostel Tel Aviv, every Monday from 7PM.
What will be served?
The injera, of course – a flat bread made from gluten-free “Teff” flour that is also considered a superfood.
With that, your choice of vegetarian/vegan dishes or a combination of vegetarian and meat.
Alongside traditional Ethiopian coffee.
No need to sign up in advance.
See you at Abraham Hostel, Monday’s from 7 PM.
